Elite 3E Systems Evaluation Consultant

SystemsAccountants are currently working with a legal firm and Elite 3E end-user interested in conducting a full systems review of their Elite 3E PMS System. This role will suit an experienced interim or transformation specialist who can quickly understand the current landscape, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvement across finance operations.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of what the business calls its Day 2 Transformation reviewing how 3E is used post-implementation and setting the direction for future improvement. The successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert for 3E, working closely with both Finance and IT to modernise processes and make the system work smarter for users.

Youll work at the intersection of finance process design, system configuration, and data insights identifying where existing ways of working can be simplified or automated.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a full review of current 3E system usage, identifying inefficiencies, pain points, and quick wins.
• Act as the internal 3E subject matter expert and main point of contact for finance system queries.
• Map and document existing processes across Finance, Production, and Operations, highlighting areas for improvement and standardisation.
• Optimise use of the Data Insights and Copilot modules to support management reporting and decision-making.
• Work with both Finance and IT teams to align priorities and ensure effective collaboration.
• Liaise with external partners to ensure value for money and challenge existing support arrangements.
• Deliver recommendations and a roadmap for ongoing transformation and cultural improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience with Elite 3E in multiple environments ideally having supported both implementations and post-go-live optimisations.
• Strong process improvement background, ideally gained within professional services or legal sector environments.
• Confident working with both Finance and IT stakeholders; roughly a 70/30 finance-to-IT blend.
• Excellent business analysis, documentation, and communication skills.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to work autonomously in an evolving environment.
