Role Title: Finance Systems Manager (D365 F&O)

Location: Hybrid - Wales Base

Salary: £80-100,000 + package

SystemsAccountants are working with a leading organisation who are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to join the Finance Function supporting a global landscape for D365 F&O and their EPM stack.

You'll focus on enhancing performance, implementing automation, and standardising global processes to reduce complexity and improve efficiency.

• Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across all levels
• Ensure data integrity and compliance

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with D365 F&O configuration and implementation
• Microsoft Dynamics Finance certification
• Strong knowledge of financial modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management)
• Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, Power Platform (advantageous)
• EPM experience (Tagetik, OneStream, alike)
• Data management skills (SQL, Python, Power BI)
• Project management expertise
• Business analysis experience in complex organisations
• Degree or equivalent qualification
• Financial background (desirable)
