Senior Consolidation Consultant – EPM Technology

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus

The business partners with organisations to transform how they plan, forecast, consolidate, and report, delivering end-to-end solutions from initial problem definition through to implementation, training, and ongoing optimisation.

The Role

As a Senior Consolidation Consultant, you will take a leading role in delivering financial consolidation and EPM solutions, owning engagements from design through to deployment.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, combining strong technical expertise with commercial awareness to deliver high-quality outcomes and drive long-term client value.

Alongside delivery, you will contribute to team development and business growth, supporting junior consultants and engaging in pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end EPM solutions, from solution design through to implementation and user adoption
• Act as the technical lead and escalation point across client engagements
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders, translating business challenges into structured solutions
• Provide expert guidance on technical vs process-led improvements, advising clients with confidence
• Manage project scope, risks, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including at executive level
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, contributing to overall team capability
• Support pre-sales and business development activities where required

Experience Required

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end EPM / CPM implementations in a consulting environment
• Strong expertise across financial consolidation, group reporting, and FP&A processes
• Hands-on experience with EPM tools such as:

• OneStream
• SAP BPC
• Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
• Oracle FCCS
• CCH Tagetik
• Board

• Solution architecture experience with the ability to lead design and delivery decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including at senior level
• Commercial awareness with experience managing scope and client expectations
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members

Desirable:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / ICAS)
• Exposure to pre-sales or business development activities
