Location: Flexible, predominantly remote

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced Unit4 ERP professional looking for your next challenge? SystemsAccountants is partnering with a forward‐thinking organisation to recruit a talented Senior Systems Analyst/Developer (Unit4 ERP/Agresso) to join their expanding team.

In this pivotal role, you will support, enhance, and develop the Unit4 ERP platform while acting as a technical escalation point for junior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to step up, take ownership, and contribute to a significant pipeline of system improvements and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Unit4 ERP development activities, including cloud migration, module rollouts, and ongoing enhancement work.
• Collaborate closely with external Unit4 implementation partners and oversee their deliverables.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior Unit4 analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Contribute to and challenge the systems roadmap, proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation.
• Handle complex 2nd and 3rd line support incidents and technical queries.

To Apply, You Will Need:

• Strong, hands-on experience with Unit4 ERP/Agresso, including technical support and project involvement.
• Exposure to multiple Unit4 modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL), Fixed Assets, and Logistics.
• Experience with PCB and HR modules (desirable).
• Solid SQL skills and comfort working in a technical developer/analyst capacity.
• The ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage your own workload effectively in a predominantly remote environment.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a desire to continuously improve system capability.
