About the Role

We are looking for a Client Solutions & Implementation Manager to join our global team. In this role, you won't just be managing accounts—you will be the strategic partner our clients rely on. You will lead technical implementations, navigate complex questions, and identify pain points and solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Client Journey: Guide new clients smoothly through the onboarding and implementation phase, managing timelines, deliverables, and project milestones.
  • Master the Product: Become a power-user of our platform, confidently answering day-to-day user queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Tackle Difficult Conversations: Confidently manage escalated client issues, turn friction into trust, and navigate challenging discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Solve, Don't Just Support: Proactively identify client operational pain points and design creative solutions using our platform to maximize their ROI.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have 5 + years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation, ideally within FinTech, RegTech, or SaaS.
  • Compliance-Savvy: You possess a foundational understanding of FATCA and CRS regulations and how they impact financial institutions or corporate clients.
  • A Project Mover: You have a proven track record of managing software implementations or complex projects on time.
  • Resilient & Empathetic: You don't sweat difficult client conversations; you handle objection and frustration with calm, professional diplomacy.
  • Curious & Analytical: You love learning how complex software works under the hood and enjoy diagnosing the "why" behind a client's problem.
