Job Description

Are you a dynamic, commercially astute marketeer, eager to leave your mark in the rapidly evolving SaaS industry? TAINA Technology, a well-established leader in the industry, is seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to spearhead its marketing efforts. In this role, you will craft and execute impactful campaigns that elevate brand awareness, drive demand generation, and maximise product adoption across diverse audience segments. This is a standalone role, ideal for a motivated marketing professional with strong commercial awareness, excellent content creation skills, and a passion for hands-on delivery. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation including Sales, SME, Product, Customer Success, to lead, assist, and execute marketing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Demand Generation: Develop and launch data-driven lead and demand generation campaigns, guiding prospects through a multi-touch sales funnel and delivering tangible pipeline growth.
  • Content Creation - Own content creation-across digital, social, and email-to boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive conversions. Prepare and distribute content including thought leadership blog articles, whitepapers, press releases, product and marketing newsletters, and TAINA Tip videos. Using AI marketing tools to streamline campaigns and scale content production.
  • Digital Marketing & Website Management - Maintain the TAINA’s website, ensuring content is current, accessible, and compliant. Oversee SEO, monitor Google Analytics data, and optimise digital performance. Liaise with external digital agencies to manage online CMS enhancements.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales to improve conversion rates and funnel efficiency · Building branded sales enablement materials (decks, brochures, case studies, email templates and product one pagers)
  • Strategy & Budgeting - Develop and implement the TAINA’s marketing strategy in line with objectives and budget.
  • Branding : Ensuring consistent brand identity and tone across all touchpoints.
  • Social media - Plan, create, and monitor engaging content. Managing and growing our social media presence, with a strong LinkedIn focus and other platforms including YouTube, and X.
  • Events & Sponsorships - Plan and manage internal and external events.
  • Reporting - Own the data & analytics, track, measure, and refine campaign performance, report on results, and continuously iterate to drive growth.

Core Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing ideally within FinTech, with a track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A T-shaped marketeer: Broad expertise across, content, social, and data analytics, with deep skills in one or two core areas (e.g., Demand Gen, ABM, or content marketing).
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics, CoPilot and a keen analytical mindset.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent writing and editing and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail, creative thinking, and commercial awareness.
