My client based in Newbury is currently on the lookout to onboard a enthusiastic, customer focused and hard working individual into their technical support team.
This role comes with full training but the ideal candidate would have a natural flair for problem solving and logical thinking.
The ideal candidate will have previous office based customer service experience paired with a strong telephone manner and relationship building skills.

Duties include
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Liaising with network providers
- Assisting with sales team queries
- Completing product investigation
- Creating support tickets and follow up
The start date would commence in may/june but interviews will take place asap.
