My client based in Newbury is currently on the lookout to onboard a enthusiastic, customer focused and hard working individual into their technical support team.

This role comes with full training but the ideal candidate would have a natural flair for problem solving and logical thinking.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience paired with a strong telephone manner and relationship building skills.
