An Apprentice Data Cabling Engineer assists with installing, testing, and maintaining copper and fibre cabling. The role combines site-based work and training to build skills in safe installation, termination, labelling, and industry standards.
Role
- Assist with installing and terminating copper and fibre data cabling
- Support testing and fault-finding to ensure cabling meets required standard
- Follow health and safety rules while maintaining tools and equipment
