Solutions Architect
TARCG is delighted to be supporting a leading international organisation on their search for a Solutions Architect to join their team on a 6-12 month contract.
In this role you will be leading the design, delivery, and optimisation of complex ERP solutions, acting as the strategic link between business and technology. You will shape solution architecture, guide teams through full-lifecycle ERP implementations, and ensure that systems, processes, and integrations align with organisational goals. As the project lead, you will drive planning, execution, and quality assurance while managing stakeholders, translating requirements, and enabling successful adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop ERP solution architecture, including integration strategies with external systems.
• Lead end-to-end project execution: planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Use Agile/Scrum ways of working to drive iterative delivery.
• Act as the bridge between business and IT, facilitating workshops and cross-team communication.
• Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, and systems analysis to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver training to end users and technical teams; produce high-quality documentation and reports.
• Implement solutions effectively and ensure timely, quality outputs.
• Stay current with ERP trends, methodologies, and Microsoft Dynamics advancements.
• Perform additional duties as required.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- NS/ SC Clearance held
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience, or 10+ years' directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- 7+ years leading large-scale ERP implementations, with strong experience in planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Strong background in ERP solution design aligned with business goals and compliance standards.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP platforms.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
- Excellent communication skills with experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong experience in change management, user adoption, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
- Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
Desirable
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master.
• Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
• Ability to work flexibly across office and home (subject to approval).
