CRM Project Data Analyst

Salary                                   £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (pro rata for contract)

TC Group uses FibreCRM which is being rolled out globally. This role is to ensure the CRM is fully  optimised  to support the firm’s strategy

The CRM Project Data Analyst experienced in tech projects is able to understand the goal of the project to coordinate and guide the stakeholders to implement fully operational project to end of 2025.  There is a possibility of extension into 2026.

This role will be accountable to the CRM Project Lead for a range of data, integration, and testing associated tasks and activities to assure the reliable delivery of the project, including:

  • Creating mapping documents 
  • Fuzzy matching on company name
  • Importing data to new systems
  • Exporting data
  • Checking and identifying issues
  • Testing integrations via front end and database access
  • Migration of data between CRMs
  • Extracting data using basic SQL knowledge (i.e. rewritten scripts)

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: 

  • experience with CRM management / administration specifically, Salesforce, Sugar and Microsoft Dynamics 
  • experience of working with multiple datasets, transforming and using data – knowledge of ETL
  • working with Citrix Virtual Desktops and Microsoft Applications, you will know how to troubleshoot issues and be able to speak to internal customers in a non-technical way
  • excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills along with problem-solving and logical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of SQL Management Studio and a high level of confidence in using SQL scripts
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • self-motivated team player, organise own workload with minimal supervision, delivering to agreed schedules and reporting progress
  • ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
  • Experience with accountancy applications, including CCH or IRIS, is an advantage

The role will be key to ensuring integrations are suitably tested, with data of suitable quality and that they perform well based on agreed specifications. 

It would be helpful to have knowledge of CRM systems, although direct CRM implementation is not a core requirement. A detail oriented and focused approach to tracking these items is key.
