Project Coordinator

Join Recordsure as a Project Coordinator and help deliver impactful client work at the intersection of AI, data and software. You’ll support requirements capture and documentation (notes, user stories, acceptance criteria), keep client and product documentation clear and current, and coordinate day-to-day communication across clients and internal teams (AI Training, Data Science and Software Development).

We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, organised and detail-driven, with confident written and verbal communication skills and a practical mindset for turning ambiguity into clear next steps. If you’ve supported client delivery, account support, business analysis or project coordination - and enjoy working with varied stakeholders - you’ll thrive here.

Why Recordsure? You’ll join an ambitious, collaborative team building specialist analytics technology for regulated industries, with values that encourage autonomy, constructive challenge and high-quality outcomes.

  • Coordinate with delivery, sales, product and development colleagues as required, escalating risks or unclear requirements to the Programme Manager
  • Support programme and project managers to ensure client communications on delivery timelines and estimates are aligned
  • Attend client workshops (including occasional UK travel) to support information gathering, actions and follow-ups

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with MS Project or similar tools is helpful

Experience & Knowledge

  • Some experience supporting client delivery, account support, business analysis or project coordination
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and helping keep requirements, actions and documentation aligned

As an organisation, we aren’t afraid to be ambitious. We aspire to be recognised as global leaders in recording and records analytics. Getting there won’t just be down to the skills within the team: it will be driven by the attitudes we take every day towards our customers, towards one another and towards every challenge we face.

Our values are woven into our team and personal objectives to ensure they steer us on a collective and individual basis.

Sometimes, these values may clash. Conflicts can be inevitable, but keeping an open, honest and positive forum to discuss what we should focus on will help us continue to come out on top!
