Developer Marketing Manager – EMEA | £85,933.40/year | 14-Month Contract (Parental Leave Cover)

This is an exciting opportunity to own and scale education-focused marketing programs across EMEA, supporting a world-class training platform that has already reached nearly a million developers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage EMEA-level marketing for technical training programs, including integrated campaigns, events, media outreach, influencer collaboration, and more.
  • Collaborate with global HQ, PR, campaign, and startup teams to amplify developer and training campaigns across EMEA.
  • Organize and support regional developer-focused events (e.g., meetups, webinars, hackathons) to build and sustain local communities.
  • Lead campaign execution for major conferences like GTC to drive training participation.
  • Analyze marketing performance using dashboards and reports to optimize outreach efforts.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of developer marketing, campaign execution, or ecosystem building in tech or training-oriented roles.
  • Expertise in reaching technical audiences across channels like digital, events, social, email, and PR.
  • Experience with education, certification, or training-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the UK developer/startup landscape and best practices for regional engagement.
  • Master's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing to developers in AI/ML, deep learning, or parallel computing environments.
  • Previous engagement with startup ecosystems and developer communities.
  • Additional language skills, especially a Nordic language.
