Permanent Full-time, onsite working

Troubleshoot IT issues with staff and guests (in-person and remote).

Record and manage support requests using a ticket system.

Repair and maintain hardware/software; install software and provide user guidance.

Maintain IT-related stock: cables, routers, adapters, etc.
-
Opportunity to support infrastructure, including server/network configuration, depending on experience.

Logical problem-solving; methodical issue resolution.
-
Windows 11 OS experience.
-
Office 365 apps: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI.

Physical repair of desktops and laptops.
-
Command line experience (PowerShell, Command Prompt).

Core IT fundamentals: OSI model, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, cloud computing, AI
- Car & Driving license for ocassional travel to NE

Exposure to Microsoft Azure or hybrid solutions.

VMware/Hyper-V hypervisors.

Active Directory and Windows Domain experience.

Windows Server (2016/2019/2025) exposure.

IT-related degree, diploma, or vendor-specific courses preferred.

CompTIA A+ beneficial.

0–2 years relevant experience.

Any Microsoft certifications.
