ServiceNow Architect (SC Cleared)
TRR have been commissioned to identifya skilled SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect to support the design and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM, CMDB and CSDM for one of their government clients. Must be UK based. Fully Remote. Long Term contract -Excellent Day Rate DOE.

The role will provide architectural leadership, ensuring the platform is aligned with best practices and capable of supporting scalable service management solutions.
- Define and maintain the ServiceNow technical roadmap
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
- Provide architectural governance across ServiceNow implementations
- Oversee CMDB structure, data quality, and governance
- Implement and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to support platform development and optimisation
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
- Deep understanding of CMDB design and governance
- Hands-on experience with CSDM implementation
- Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations and enterprise architecture especially multi-vendor ecosystems.
- Good understanding of ITIL service management processes
