We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and strategic development of a large-scale ServiceNow platform within a government environment.
Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and design
• Drive CMDB and CSDM strategy and maturity
• Define best practices across ITSM processes
• Engage with senior stakeholders and translate requirements
• Ensure platform scalability, governance, and performance
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams

Requirements

• Active SC Clearance
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• Deep expertise in: ITSM, CMDB, CSDM
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture frameworks
• Experience in large-scale / government environments
