DevOps Engineer (City of London)

DevOps Copado Engineer | £400–£550/day | Outside IR35 | London (Hybrid/Remote)

We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer with strong Copado expertise to support a high-profile Salesforce DevOps transformation for a growing financial services organisation based in London.

Key Details:

• Rate: £400–£550 per day
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35
• Contract: 3 months initially, with potential to extend
• Location: London-based with hybrid/remote flexibility

The Role:

You’ll be driving the design, implementation, and optimisation of Copado pipelines within a regulated environment, ensuring CI/CD best practices across Salesforce development and release processes. This is a key project role helping to scale deployment maturity and automation for a mission-critical platform.

We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with Copado in a DevOps/Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment automation
• Comfortable working in regulated/financial services environments
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
