Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce Administrator | London, Hybrid (2 days) | Up to £45,000

TechOhana have partnered with an established UK IT services consultancy on the hire of a Salesforce Administrator.

This is an internal position rather than client delivery. Salesforce underpins the whole business, the org is developed continuously, and the core team has been in place for four years.

The role:

You will take stakeholder change requests from discovery workshops through design, build, testing and rollout, working declaratively wherever possible. A good share of the work sits in Flow, including record-triggered, scheduled and screen flows, alongside the migration of legacy automation and the reduction of technical debt. You will also partner with Finance on troubleshooting, investigating discrepancies across billing, revenue recognition and project financials, and you will own second line support and data quality across the org.

Must Haves:

  • 2 or more years in a Salesforce Administrator role, with strong declarative configuration and Flow experience
  • A solid understanding of finance and accounting processes such as accounts payable, billing, revenue, P&L and journals
  • Eligibility for UK security clearance, which requires five years of continuous UK residency

Bonus:

  • Certinia PSA and Certinia Accounting (FFA), or another PSA or ERP tool
  • CRM Analytics, Analytics Studio or Tableau CRM
  • ADM-201, Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder
  • DataLoader or similar ETL tools, sandbox and release management
  • Experience mentoring a junior administrator

What's on offer:

  • Up to £45,000
  • Permanent, internal role
  • Hybrid, ideally two days a week on site
  • 25 days holiday a year
  • Pension salary exchange scheme
  • Non-contributory private medical insurance, spouse and dependants included
  • Non-contributory worldwide travel insurance, spouse and dependants included
  • LinkedIn Learning, a management development programme and training
