Salary up to £55,000
Our client, a boutique financial services firm, is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join their growing digital and CRM team. This fully remote role offers the chance to work on sophisticated, data-driven marketing solutions within a regulated, customer-focused environment.
The Role
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimising Marketing Cloud solutions that support customer engagement and lifecycle communications. You'll work closely with marketing, CRM, and compliance stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customise solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build and maintain journeys using Journey Builder
- Create and manage data extensions, SQL queries, and automations
- Develop email and mobile templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
- Implement personalisation and dynamic content strategies
- Support integrations with Salesforce CRM and external data sources
- Ensure campaigns meet data protection and compliance standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
- Solid knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS
- Experience working with data models, segmentation, and personalisation
- Understanding of best practices around data governance and deliverability
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
- Experience within financial services or other regulated industries
- Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
