Role: QA Engineer (Salesforce)

Salary: Up to £50,000 - DOE

Location: London - Hybrid

TechOhana has collaborated with a flourishing end user who is looking to expand its in-house Salesforce team. You will play a vital role in this company's transition from classic to lightning implementation.

Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer to join their collaborative team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their Salesforce applications, working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Conduct comprehensive testing (functional, regression, integration, performance) to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify issues, and provide solutions.
• Automate repetitive tasks to streamline the QA process.
• Provide detailed reports and feedback to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, test automation tools, and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Apex).
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, etc.) are a plus.
