I'm supporting a high-growth fintech that’s undergoing a major transformation programme, using Salesforce to drive automation and digitisation across the business. As part of this journey, they’re hiring a Solution Architect to join their growing architecture team and play a key role in designing smart, scalable solutions that power the next phase of their growth.

Based in Bristol, this is an opportunity to work on a significant multi-cloud Salesforce implementation—focused on Service Cloud, CPQ, and broader business integration—as part of a wider digital transformation strategy.

The Role:

As Solution Architect, you’ll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. Working closely with internal stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, you’ll take ownership of solution design across a wide range of business processes—helping to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into clear, well-structured solution designs
• Work closely with the Salesforce Technical Architect to ensure architectural alignment
• Design end-to-end solutions across Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrated systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs and support delivery
• Identify opportunities to optimise existing solutions and drive platform maturity
• Ensure solutions are aligned with security, data, and integration standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within Salesforce-led programmes
• Strong understanding of Salesforce product suite
• Ability to design and communicate both functional and technical solution architecture
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-disciplinary teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ideally, experience within fintech, financial services, or regulated industries
