PAYING UP TO £130,000
At TechOhana, we’re all about matching top-tier Salesforce talent with career-defining opportunities—and this one’s a big one. We’re working exclusively with a pioneering financial services client who’s deeply invested in their Salesforce ecosystem and looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead some of their most business-critical initiatives across Europe and Asia.
This is more than just a technical role—it’s an opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation, and deliver real impact on a global scale.
What you'll be getting involved in:
- Designing and delivering scalable, high-impact CRM solutions using Salesforce (think Apex, Lightning, Visualforce—the whole toolkit).
- Integrating with enterprise data platforms like Informatica or GoldenSource to help drive data quality and unlock smarter customer insights.
- Partnering with global business units (Distribution, Insights & Analytics, and more) to turn business needs into tech that works.
- Taking ownership of CRM architecture across Europe and Asia, ensuring consistency with North American systems while allowing for local innovation.
- Leading projects from early planning through to delivery—timelines, quality, business value, all covered.
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially FSC, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, and the newer Data Cloud offerings.
- Building a connected tech stack by integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party platforms.
- Mentoring junior team members and creating a culture of learning, sharing, and growth.
A bit about you:
- You’ve got at least 7–9 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and know how to navigate its ever-evolving world.
- You're confident juggling multiple projects, whether solo or in a global team.
- You take ownership, think creatively, and love solving business challenges with smart technical solutions.
- You’re always learning—curious, forward-thinking, and genuinely passionate about Salesforce and CRM.
- You bring empathy to your work, especially when collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- You thrive in inclusive, diverse environments and appreciate the power of different perspectives.
What’s in it for you?
- The chance to work on meaningful, global projects with a forward-thinking FS business.
- Clear career progression and the support to grow into a Lead or CTA-level role.
- Flexible working, competitive comp, and a truly collaborative team culture.
- Ongoing training, certifications, and exposure to the latest Salesforce tech stack.
