Salesforce Technical Architect – Lead a Major Salesforce Transformation | London | Finance

I'm working with a high-growth fintech based in London that’s undergoing a major digital transformation, placing Salesforce at the heart of its operations. As they expand, they’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of a scalable Salesforce platform that will underpin business-critical processes across the organisation.

This is a standout opportunity to join at a key stage of the programme and shape a sophisticated Salesforce landscape with Service Cloud and CPQ as core products.

The Role:

You’ll lead the technical architecture of a multi-cloud Salesforce environment, ensuring robust design, scalable integrations, and best-in-class user experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate business requirements into smart, reliable solutions and guide internal teams through delivery and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end technical design and architecture of the Salesforce platform
• Lead solution delivery across Service Cloud, CPQ, and other key Salesforce products
• Design and implement scalable integrations with third-party systems
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment of platform strategy and business objectives
• Provide architectural leadership and support to internal developers and external partners
• Champion platform governance, security, and performance best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect in complex, enterprise environments
• Hands-on expertise across the Salesforce suite of products is needed
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), APIs, and integration frameworks
• Deep understanding of data modelling, platform governance, and DevOps in Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fintech or financial services experience is a strong advantage
