Lead Salesforce Developer

£80,000 – £85,000 + bonus

Hybrid – Manchester

This isn’t just another Salesforce dev role where you sit behind tickets all day.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll shape how Salesforce drives real business decisions—working closely with stakeholders and influencing how the platform evolves across the organisation.

You’ll still be close to the code, but you’ll also be the person people look to when it comes to “what should we build and why?”

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading Salesforce development across a growing platform
• Acting as the bridge between technical teams and the business
• Driving improvements that directly impact sales performance and operations
• Mentoring and developing 2 junior developers
• Owning best practices across Apex, LWC, and overall platform design

What they’re looking for:

• Strong Salesforce development background (Apex, LWC, integrations)
• Someone who enjoys influencing decisions, not just delivering tickets
• Experience mentoring or leading other developers
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
