TechOhana are working with a global professional services organisation to hire a Marketing Technology Manager to join their high-performing Marketing & Business Development function.
This is a key role within a global operations team, responsible for driving the evolution, optimisation, and adoption of Salesforce as a core CRM platform.
The Role
You’ll act as the Salesforce subject matter expert, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape CRM strategy and ensure the platform delivers real commercial value.
You’ll also take ownership of data quality, user engagement, and continuous platform improvement, helping the business maximise the impact of its marketing and client engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Salesforce CRM platform, driving best practice and continuous improvement
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver CRM strategy
- Lead and mentor a data quality team, ensuring strong governance and compliance
- Optimise the platform using automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and insight
- Drive user adoption through training, dashboards, and ongoing support
- Identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and data quality
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Salesforce (or similar CRM) in a professional services environment
- Strong understanding of how CRM supports client engagement and business growth
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at a senior level
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Any Salesforce certification is a +
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or AI-driven solutions is a plus
