TECHTRACE Partners is supporting a UK-based cyber security consultancy that works closely with organisations to build, improve, and scale their information security capabilities.

Their work spans ISO 27001, broader GRC, and technical security services, giving consultants exposure to a range of real-world security challenges across different environments.

As part of continued growth, they’re looking to hire an Information Security Consultant to support ongoing client delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering ISO 27001 gap assessments, implementations, and certification support
• Advising clients on information security best practices and control frameworks
• Supporting broader GRC and risk management activities
• Developing and reviewing policies, procedures, and security documentation
• Working alongside technical teams across offensive security, SOC, and engineering
• Engaging with stakeholders to improve overall security posture and governance

What they’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience delivering ISO 27001 projects (implementation and/or audit support)
• Relevant ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor or similar)
• Strong grounding in information security principles beyond ISO
• Comfortable in client-facing environments, able to engage stakeholders effectively
• Previous experience in a consultancy or client-delivery environment (preferred)
• Exposure to frameworks such as NIST, Cyber Essentials, or similar is beneficial
