Account Manager

With a product roadmap bursting with innovation, and a customer network of over 8,000 companies, our Account Managers help us grow our larger customers businesses and bring our new solutions to their eyes.

Joining our growing commercial team, you will take ownership of a portfolio of priority customers, driving engagement, retention, and revenue while supporting the adoption of TEG's core and emerging product innovations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Owning and growing a portfolio of key strategic accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Developing and executing account plans that drive product adoption, usage, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identifying and delivering cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the TEG product portfolio.
  • Engaging a wide range of stakeholders within accounts, from users and champions to decision-makers and budget holders.
  • Leading subscription enhancement discussions and presenting commercial proposals.
  • Delivering tailored in-person and virtual product demonstrations aligned to customer needs.
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to test, validate, and roll out new ideas.
  • Providing high-quality executive reporting, combining qualitative insights with performance data.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets in line with the company's growth plans.

Role Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Account Management, ideally managing key or strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering measurable value.
  • Commercially driven, target-focused, and motivated by growth.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing complex account plans.
  • Confident presenting to a range of audiences, from senior leaders to end users.
  • Passion for building partnerships and creating long-term success.

Compensation Package - Up to £45,000 base salary with £68,000 OTE
