Transport Exchange Group Ltd (TEG) is looking for passionate and ambitious graduates and postgraduates with a real drive to learn, grow, and progress quickly to join our dynamic development programme.

About the Program

The 12-month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide a strong foundation for a thriving career in the fintech industry.

No prior experience? No problem. At TEG, we invest in mindset over experience, equipping you with everything you need to succeed.

You will begin in our Operations team, developing core business skills across:

• Customer Support
• Onboarding
• Risk
• Quality Assurance

From there, you will have the opportunity to progress into high-impact areas including specialising in Account Management, and playing a key role in supporting and growing our European client base.

This structured journey ensures you gain end-to-end business exposure, building the confidence and capability to accelerate your career within TEG.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Graduate & Postgraduate Program (minimum 2:1)
• Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire (1st Floor, Bewley House, Marshfield Road, SN15 1JW)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Saturday rota (9:00 am – 1:00 pm)
• Salary: Graduate: £34,860 per year

Postgraduate: £37,860 per year
