As your capability develops, you will move from structured training and shadowing into product discovery, writing user stories, analysing data, contributing to product decisions and independently owning increasingly complex work.

You will also gain direct exposure to customers and stakeholders, including participating in Proof of Concept meetings and customer feedback calls.

The aim is simple: to give you the knowledge, tools and practical experience to progress from learning how great technology products are built to actively helping shape them.

For high-performing graduates, this is an opportunity to develop the technical knowledge, product judgement, commercial awareness and leadership capability needed to help shape the future of TEG’s technology and products.
