What Youll Be Doing Strategy & Alignment Define and implement AI strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements
Identify and prioritise high-impact use cases such as fraud detection, risk modelling, and customer service automation
Ensure AI initiatives contribute to a broader digital and customer experience vision
Architecture & Design Design scalable AI and data architectures across cloud-native platforms
Ensure seamless integration with APIs, legacy systems, and enterprise data ecosystems
Establish best practices for building resilient, high-performing AI systems
AI Governance & Risk Drive responsible and ethical AI adoption through robust governance frameworks
Oversee AI lifecycle management, including model validation, monitoring, and risk controls
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and third-party vendor requirements
Collaboration & Enablement Work closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders across global teams
Translate complex business needs into practical AI-driven solutions
Support internal capability building through knowledge sharing and training initiatives
Innovation & Optimisation Continuously improve AI models and platforms to enhance performance and customer engagement
Leverage advancements in machine learning and generative AI to drive innovation
Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends and technologies
What Were Looking For Strong expertise in AI/ML, ideally within digital or mobile platforms
Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native AI solutions
experience working within globally distributed teams
Solid understanding of AI governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations
Desirable Previous experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments
