Audiobook Operations Curator

AUDIOBOOK OPERATIONS CONTRACTOR - 3 MONTH PART TIME ROLE (30 HOURS) - FULLY REMOTE - NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE

Our client are looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused Audiobooks Operations Contractor to support two critical workstreams within an audiobooks growth organisation: promotional campaign operations and catalog integrity.

Within this audiobooks team, the belief is that a great listener experience starts with an excellent creator experience. The group builds platforms and internal tools that enable authors and publishers to manage their content presence, maintain high-quality catalogs, and access meaningful insights into how their titles perform.

A newly launched author-facing platform is helping to set a new standard for direct relationships between creators and the audience.

This role plays a key part in maintaining catalog accuracy, ensuring high data quality, and delivering polished promotional experiences to listeners across global markets.

What you'll do

Data Curation & Catalog Integrity

  • Identify, investigate, and flag catalog-level issues, supporting content verification and quality assurance workflows.
  • Research and validate information using a mix of internal systems and external reference sources.
  • Perform repetitive and manual data tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to improve internal tools and surface recurring patterns that can increase the accuracy and efficiency of catalog verification over time.

Campaign Operations

  • Set up and configure email and promotional campaigns using internal campaign management tools.
  • Quality-check campaigns prior to launch, ensuring accuracy across targeting, copy, creative assets, links, and scheduling.
  • Execute campaigns on a regular cadence, with flexibility to support higher-volume periods.
  • Coordinate with growth and marketing partners on campaign timelines, flight plans, and delivery tracking.
  • Identify setup issues or blockers and escalate them appropriately to keep campaigns on track.

Across both workstreams

  • Produce regular status updates to keep stakeholders informed of progress, priorities, and risks.
  • Collaborate across teams to adapt to shifting priorities and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Who you are

  • Highly detail-oriented - campaigns reach millions of users and data feeds creator-facing products, so accuracy is essential.
  • Strongly execution-driven - you follow established processes and reliably deliver work on time.
  • A proactive communicator - you raise questions, flag risks, and share updates before issues escalate.
  • Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shift between detailed data tasks and operational execution.
  • Experienced in researching and verifying information using trustworthy sources.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks while maintaining focus and quality.
  • Confident using spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets.
  • experience with CRM platforms, E-commerce systems, or marketing automation tools is a strong advantage.
  • An interest in books or familiarity with the publishing ecosystem is a plus.
