The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Billing Platform Support Engineers to join a critical enterprise technology team supporting a high-volume insurance billing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a business-critical platform responsible for handling significant transaction volumes and customer billing operations. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring platform stability, performance, observability, and operational excellence while supporting a long-term transformation programme.

We're particularly interested in professionals with Majesco experience, although candidates with experience supporting SAP billing solutions or other insurance billing platforms are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide production and application support for a mission-critical billing platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents in a high-availability environment
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and availability
  • Support high-volume API-driven integrations and customer-facing services
  • Investigate application, infrastructure, and database-related issues
  • Drive proactive maintenance activities to improve platform stability
  • Enhance observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational processes
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to improve support efficiency
  • Participate in incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure service continuity
Essential Skills & experience
  • experience supporting enterprise billing platforms in a production environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities
  • experience supporting Windows-based applications and services
  • Exposure to Oracle databases
  • experience working within high-availability, business-critical environments
  • Ability to analyse logs, system behaviour, integrations, and transactional issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly Desirable
  • Majesco Billing Platform experience
  • Majesco Billing Management System (BMS) experience
  • experience supporting insurance billing platforms
