Business Development Representative

About the Role

We’re hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help drive growth across TGS’s AI, cloud and digital transformation solutions .

This is a solution-led outbound role , focused on engaging senior business and technology stakeholders, creating new opportunities, and building pipeline aligned to our strategic alliance partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft and others) .

What You’ll Do

  • Run targeted outbound campaigns across priority industries and accounts
  • Engage decision-makers with value-led messaging focused on AI, data and cloud solutions
  • Generate and qualify opportunities, booking meetings for senior sales leaders
  • Partner closely with Business Development Managers to progress deals
  • Use CRM and sales tools to track activity, insights and pipeline

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in technology sales, AI and digital transformation
  • Experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles (preferred)
  • Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
  • Highly organised, resilient and target-driven
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate across sales, alliances and marketing
