About the Role
TEKsystems Global Services is expanding our Cloud practice across EMEA, and we’re hiring a senior Cloud Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth of our cloud services portfolio across AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
This role focuses on selling high‐value cloud transformation services — including cloud migration, data modernisation, application modernisation, cloud‐native engineering, and managed services. A key part of the role is helping clients understand how leading cloud platforms, including AWS and GCP, along with their evolving AI and data capabilities, can accelerate cloud strategy and unlock new business value.
You’ll work closely with hyperscaler partners (AWS and Google Cloud), engage C‐suite stakeholders, and shape solutions that help clients modernise their technology landscape and adopt AI responsibly and effectively.
What You’ll Do
Drive Cloud Services Growth
- Lead the full sales lifecycle for AWS- and/or GCP‐focused cloud transformation and managed services engagements
- Position TEKsystems’ key GTM capabilities with a focus on:
- AI and data platform modernisation
- Application modernisation
- Cloud‐native engineering
- FinOps and cloud optimisation
Position Cloud & AI Capabilities
- Use AI as a value amplifier for core cloud services — not a standalone offering
- Help clients explore how cloud and AI can:
- Improve productivity
- Enhance customer experience
- Automate processes
- Unlock insights from modernised data platforms
- Translate AWS and GCP capabilities into practical, achievable business outcomes
Engage Senior Stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Cloud, and senior business leaders
- Navigate complex buying environments and influence multi‐stakeholder decisions
- Act as a strategic advisor on cloud transformation, data modernisation, and AI‐enabled innovation
Collaborate Across TEKsystems & Hyperscalers
- Partner with AWS and Google Cloud sales and engineering teams to co‐sell and build joint value propositions
- Work closely with TEKsystems’ Solutions Architects, Delivery teams, and Practice Leads to shape compelling cloud solutions
- Represent TEKsystems at cloud events, industry forums, and client workshops
Shape Modern, Outcome‐Driven Solutions
- Use market insights and emerging cloud innovations (AWS & GCP) to create forward‐thinking solutions
- Leverage TEKsystems’ frameworks, accelerators, and delivery capabilities to differentiate in the market
- Drive predictable, high‐quality outcomes using value‐based selling and MEDDICC
What You Bring
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years selling cloud or technology services
- Proven success selling AWS, GCP, or broader cloud transformation services
- Strong understanding of public cloud services across cloud, data, and application modernisation
- Ability to articulate how cloud and AI capabilities enhance transformation outcomes
- Experience working with hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS and/or Google Cloud)
- A consultative, outcome‐driven approach to selling complex services
- Ability to build and influence senior‐level relationships
- Cloud certifications (AWS and/or GCP) are a strong advantage
