F5 Engineer (Network Security)
Job Description
Our Edinburgh based client are seeking an additional F5 Network Security Engineer to join their dedicated Network Security function across the business which supports the current Firewall and F5 Load Balancing estate from a global perspective. This role will be offering fully remote working on an initial contract until the end of 2026 (31/12/26) with future extensions a certainty.
You will be tasked with both project and BAU work across the estate, covering end of life decommissioning, engineering and ongoing support.
Responsibilities & Skills Required
- Utilise F5 technologies including LTM, GTM, ASM, and Big-IP to deliver engineering solutions.
- 5+ years technical experience within F5 - LTM, GTM ASM ideally
- Collaborate with team members to support and optimise network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to F5 technologies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering best practices.
