About the Role

TEKsystems Global Services is expanding our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) practice across EMEA, and we’re hiring a senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth of our GCP services portfolio. This role focuses on selling high‐value GCP transformation services — including cloud migration, data modernisation, application modernisation, cloud‐native engineering, and managed services. A key part of the role is helping clients understand how GCP’s latest innovations, including Vertex AI and Google’s AI‐native capabilities, can accelerate their cloud strategy and unlock new business value.

You’ll work closely with Google Cloud, engage C‐suite stakeholders, and shape solutions that help clients modernise on GCP and adopt AI responsibly and effectively.

What You’ll Do

Drive GCP Services Growth

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle for GCP‐focused cloud transformation and managed services engagements.
  • Position TEKsystems’ key GTM capabilities across with focus on the following: AI, Data platform modernisation, Application modernisation, cloud‐native engineering, FinOps & cloud optimisation

Position Cutting‐Edge GCP AI Capabilities

  • Use AI as a value amplifier for core GCP services — not a standalone offering.
  • Help clients explore how AI can:
  • Improve productivity
  • Enhance customer experience
  • Automate processes
  • Unlock insights from modernised data platforms

Translate GCP AI capabilities into practical, achievable business outcomes.

Engage Senior Stakeholders

  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Cloud, and business leaders.
  • Navigate complex buying environments and influence multi‐stakeholder decisions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on cloud transformation, data modernisation, and AI‐enabled innovation.

Collaborate Across TEKsystems & Google Cloud

  • Partner with Google Cloud sales and engineering teams to co‐sell and build joint value propositions.
  • Work closely with TEKsystems’ Solutions Architects, Delivery, and Practice Leads to shape compelling GCP solutions.
  • Represent TEKsystems at GCP events, industry forums, and client workshops.

Shape Modern, Outcome‐Driven GCP Solutions

  • Use market insights and emerging GCP innovations to create forward‐thinking solutions.
  • Leverage TEKsystems’ frameworks, accelerators, and delivery capabilities to differentiate in the market.
  • Drive predictable, high‐quality outcomes using value‐based selling and MEDDICC.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years selling cloud or technology services.
  • Proven success selling GCP, or cloud transformation services with exposure to GCP.
  • Strong understanding of GCP services across cloud, data, and application modernisation.
  • Ability to articulate how GCP’s AI‐native capabilities enhance cloud transformation outcomes.
  • Experience working with hyperscaler partner ecosystems (Google Cloud preferred).
  • A consultative, outcome‐driven approach to selling complex services.
  • Ability to build and influence senior‐level relationships.
  • GCP certifications or cloud training are a strong advantage.
