Job Description
This role ensures effective financial oversight and supplier contract management within Global IT. Acting as a key partner to IT leadership, you will analyse financial performance, optimise supplier relationships, and drive process improvements through automation and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Monitor IT budgets, forecasts, and actuals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide actionable insights through cost analysis and financial modelling.
- Maintain end-to-end oversight of IT supplier contracts, including renewals and compliance.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adherence to frameworks.
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and process receipts to support timely payments and accurate financial tracking.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for IT spend and performance metrics.
- Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources for accuracy.
- Build and maintain digital tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) to streamline governance processes.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports for IT leadership.
- Monitor KPIs and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Excel and data analysis skills
