Our client is a leading Financial Market Infrastructure and Data provider looking for an Enterprise Architecture to join their Engineering Team.

Description

They are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Enterprise Architecture & Team Lead to drive architecture excellence and lead development for their equity indexes platform. This hybrid role balances high-level enterprise architectural leadership with hands-on team management and delivery ownership across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy across index systems and supporting platforms
• Lead and mentor a high-performing, full-stack engineering team focused on equity index product delivery
• Champion best practices in SDLC, from design to deployment and support
• Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders across technical and business domains
• Promote scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with industry standards

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in team leadership and enterprise architecture, ideally within financial services
• Strong technical background with hands-on proficiency in Java, SQL, and full-stack development
• Demonstrated track record of owning delivery pipelines and managing robust technology roadmaps
• Credibility with stakeholders and leadership, with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong understanding of financial market data, preferably with exposure to equity indexes
• Experience managing engineering teams and driving performance across complex technical environments
