Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Manager to oversee and support our IT operations. The successful candidate will manage IT tickets, cabling, phone systems, and software licenses, ensuring a seamless technology experience within the organisation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Manage and resolve IT tickets efficiently.
• Oversee IT cabling projects and maintenance.
• Maintain and support phone systems.
• Ensure compliance and management of IT licenses.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• experience in application support.
• Strong support and service desk skills.
• Expertise in IT cabling.

Work Environment

The role requires presence in the office five days a week in Manchester, with opportunities for occasional travel to London.
