Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to support a strategic initiative focused on enhancing Real Time Intraday Liquidity monitoring capabilities and Cash Management & Funding Operations. This role is part of a multi-year transformation project aimed at strengthening operational support across Global Markets, Corporate Treasury, and other business lines. We are looking for someone with strong Cash Management, Treasury, and Intraday Liquidity experience .

• Contribute to the development and implementation of a new Intraday Liquidity Monitoring platform.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Global Cash Management Intraday Liquidity Operating Manual aligned with regulatory requirements (eg, OSFI Chapter 7).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to gather business requirements and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Act as a change manager during the platform rollout, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
• Identify and address process gaps in liquidity risk management and operational workflows.
• Support the enhancement of Real Time intraday transaction capabilities.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Intraday Liquidity, or Capital Markets.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Strong understanding of systems and applications used in Cash Management and Capital Markets.
• Familiarity with data flows, API integrations, and data analysis.
• Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects and managing change effectively.
