Job Description

This role focuses on configuring and optimising Optimizely as a digital experience platform to support brand and marketing activities. You will act as the product expert for asset management, workflow design, and approval processes, ensuring the platform enables efficient content management, experimentation, personalisation, and digital commerce across websites, apps, and other digital channels.


Responsibilities
  • Configure and customise Optimizely to support asset management, workflow, and approval processes for the brand and marketing team.
  • Design, build, and refine workflows within Optimizely to streamline the creation, review, and approval of digital assets.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Optimizely, advising stakeholders on best practices for implementation and configuration.
  • Collaborate with users to gather feedback on the Optimizely platform and address configuration-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Optimizely configuration, workflows, and user experience.
  • Support the optimisation of digital experiences across websites, apps, and other digital channels using Optimizely's capabilities.
  • Document configuration changes, workflows, and processes to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing across the team.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in configuration management within a digital platform environment.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Optimizely or a similar digital experience platform (DXP).
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, including creation, approval, and asset management processes.
  • Ability to analyse user feedback and translate it into practical configuration improvements.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve platform configuration issues.
  • Clear and effective communication skills to work with marketing, brand, and technical stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Subject matter expertise in the Optimizely product, including awareness of common implementation challenges and best practices.
  • Familiarity with content management, experimentation, personalisation, and digital commerce concepts.
  • experience supporting marketing or brand teams in a digital tools or platforms context.
  • Ability to produce clear documentation for workflows, configurations, and user guidance.
