Job Title: Partner Engagement Expert - Business Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Partner Engagement Expert to provide support for the EMEA and APJC regions in our client's partner programme. This role requires a deep understanding of partner engagement and the ability to assist both partners and internal audiences effectively. You will be part of a support team handling partner-related queries and escalations, with an emphasis on grasping the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and support for partner programmes.
• Engaging in 1:1 partner enablement sessions and broader training initiatives.
• Handle partner-related questions and escalations, focusing on understanding the go-to-market strategy.
• Utilise a case management tool for tracking and managing partner interactions.
• Collaborate with the team based in the Americas and support EMEA and APJC regions.
• Providing ongoing SME support around incentives and program transitions.

Essential Skills

• Strong background in partner engagement/enablement (5+ years)
• Experience leading training sessions and enablement efforts.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Operational knowledge.
• Project management capabilities.
• Efficient data entry skills.
