Product Owner
Description
Seeking a hands-on Product Owner with experience in Loyalty, Offers, Rewards, or Redemption platforms, to support international marketing capabilities. This is a delivery-focused PO role (not strategy-heavy), working closely with Engineering and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritise backlogs, and deliver features at pace. Strong collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Servicing, Channels, and Finance is essential. The PO will own user stories, acceptance criteria, demos, and launches, while supporting global capability adoption across markets. Ideal candidates have a good balance of technical and business acumen, are comfortable in Agile environments, and can work in data-driven teams. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and exposure to SQL/Python/analytics tools is highly beneficial.
