We are seeking a Regulatory business analyst with strong regulatory experience who has worked on REMIT and has Trade Transaction experience to join on the project detailed below
About the Role
This position is based in the London office and sits within the Middle Office & Back Office (MOBO) team, reporting to the Lead Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will contribute to a programme focused on enhancing in-house Integration & Reporting (I&R) systems, primarily supporting the onboarding of new products. Working within an agile framework, the analyst will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts and Business Stakeholders to iteratively improve systems and develop a long-term vision aligned with business objectives.
The role involves providing third-line support for back-office systems and implementing changes to applications that support middle and back office functions. A key responsibility is ensuring smooth integration and data mapping between Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP. The analyst will also support testing activities, including Data Flow and Mapping validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products as part of operational readiness.
The overarching goal is to support business expansion across the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific by delivering comprehensive business analysis aligned with strategic requirements.
