SC Cleared DevOps Engineer
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our agile engineering teams. You will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, enabling reliable, scalable, and secure delivery of applications in AWS-based environments. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
Build and maintain AWS environments to support application and platform teams
Create and manage machine images using Packer
Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform
Deploy, manage, and operate container platforms using Kubernetes
Automate configuration management and deployments using Ansible
Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability
Collaborate with development and testing teams within Agile delivery frameworks
Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience Proven Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
Strong hands-on Experience with: AWS (compute, networking, IAM, container services)
Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
Packer for image creation
Kubernetes and containerised workloads
Jenkins for CI/CD automation
Ansible for configuration management
GitHub for source control and collaboration Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability tools
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Desirable Skills Scripting Experience (Bash, Python, or similar)
Experience with DevOps security best practices
Exposure to microservices and cloud-native architectures
Experience supporting high-availability or production-critical systems
