Safety Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Service Assurance Analyst to join a critical team. This team is responsible for ensuring that all infrastructure and service deliverables meet strict assurance standards before handover. The role requires a strong focus on validation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to guarantee compliance and quality across all stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end service assurance for infrastructure and engineering deliverables prior to release.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with defined quality and assurance standards.
• Review and validate evidence demonstrating that each stage of delivery and testing has been completed correctly.
• Produce detailed assurance reports confirming compliance and readiness.
• Act as a key interface between internal teams, presenting and walking through assurance documentation.
• Identify discrepancies or gaps in submitted work and require rework where standards are not met.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure alignment and clarity on assurance requirements.

Key Requirements

• Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
• Proven experience in Service Assurance or Safety/Service Assurance environments.
• Strong background in networking, infrastructure, or engineering disciplines.
• experience producing and reviewing compliance or assurance documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with working directly with clients or partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to enforce high standards.
