Job Description

As an Architect, you will be responsible for enabling and empowering partners to deliver high-quality solutions based on our technologies. You will collaborate closely with our partner ecosystem as well as sales, product, and marketing teams to achieve key objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our partner ecosystem and leverage partner programs and resources effectively.
• Educate partners on program benefits and requirements, and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Coach sales teams through initial deals, support technical product implementation and troubleshooting.
• Build persuasive communication and relationship skills, and handle technical queries with a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with partners to formulate their market strategy and enhance the presence of partner offers.
• Follow incubation product agnostic processes and guidelines documented in the central playbook.
• Adapt to specific product guidelines, maintaining deep product knowledge for both sales and technical implementation.
• Engage in running campaigns and resolving ad-hoc business needs related to incubation products.

Essential Skills

• Lead architecture, consulting, and Technical Pre-Sales experience.
• Technical experience with building AI Agents from scratch.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture, consulting, and partner management roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the partner ecosystem is preferred.
