Job Title: EMEA VoIP Project Coordinator Contract Length: 1st November 2026 - 31st December 2027 Location : Bracknell (Hybrid) Job Description The EMEA VoIP Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing VoIP migrations from Cisco to MS Teams across designated sites in the EMEA region. This position requires a blend of project management skills and effective communication abilities to ensure seamless transitions and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities

Coordinate site migrations from Cisco VoIP to MS Teams VoIP, including data gathering, ordering new DIDs, porting DIDs, and planning and leading implementation.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication to facilitate smooth project execution.
Execute tasks independently, exhibiting sound judgment and creative problem-solving abilities.
Essential Skills
2+ years of relevant technical experience with Cisco VoIP and MS Teams.
experience in ordering SIP circuits.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Awareness of waterfall project management methodologies is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness.
Ability to manage vendors and work within virtual teams.
