You will take ownership of the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring secure configuration, operational reliability and effective user enablement, while delivering light Power Platform solutions and supporting the early adoption of Microsoft Copilot capabilities. The position is hybrid, with regular time spent at the office and occasional travel to local regional offices, so a valid driving license is essential.

- Configure and maintain collaboration, sharing, retention and security settings in line with established governance standards.
- Manage user access, licensing, group configuration and role assignments across the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, triage and handle incidents, and coordinate escalation with vendors when required.
- Plan for and implement configuration changes arising from Microsoft roadmap updates and new feature releases.
- Support and maintain existing Power Apps and Power Automate flows used across the business.
- Build simple to moderately complex Power Apps, typically focused on forms, approvals and workflow-driven applications.
- Assist with Dataverse or SharePoint-based data models to underpin low-code solutions, without undertaking complex data engineering.
- Apply basic Power Platform governance controls, including environment management, permissions and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
- Work closely with business teams to translate straightforward requirements into practical low-code Power Platform solutions.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness activities, including permissions hygiene, data exposure awareness and configuration checks.
- Support early use cases for Copilot Studio and Copilot Agents under guidance from senior technical colleagues.
- Help create clear guidance, controls and documentation to support safe and effective Copilot usage across the organisation.
- Act as a technical point of contact for questions relating to Copilot and modern workplace tooling within the digital workplace.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Microsoft 365 workplace tools, resolving complex issues and supporting the service desk.
- Collaborate with the service desk and business teams to identify and resolve recurring issues and improve overall service quality.
- Produce clear technical documentation, configuration records and user guidance for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve productivity, standardisation and user experience across the Microsoft 365 environment.
Essential Skills
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a production environment.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- experience building or supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Understanding of basic Power Platform governance concepts, including environments, permissions and DLP policies.
- Confidence working in an operational, business-facing role with regular interaction with end users and stakeholders.
- Clear, effective communication skills and a structured, methodical working style.
- Valid driving licence to support occasional travel to local regional offices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with Dataverse as a data platform for Power Apps and automation solutions.
- experience working in a hybrid Microsoft environment that combines cloud and on-premises technologies.
- Awareness of information security, data protection and access control principles.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, PL-900 or similar credentials.
- Interest in developing deeper skills in Power Platform architecture and Copilot capabilities over time.
