Overview:
Supporting the delivery of a major real estate technology transformation programme across Asia, centred on the migration from MRI Horizon to Yardi. The programme forms part of a multi-year strategic initiative to modernise the operating model, technology platform, reporting capabilities, and client servicing proposition across its Private Assets and Real Estate business.
We are seeking an experienced Yardi SME to lead implementation, configuration, migration, and operational change activities. This individual will play a key role in the final stages of the Yardi deployment and future regional expansion initiatives across Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Yardi SME supporting real estate platform transformation.
- Lead migration activities from MRI Horizon to Yardi Voyager.
- Drive system configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support Chart of Accounts mapping, data migration, ETL processes, and data validation.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Technology, and Change teams to define future-state processes.
- Support reporting, integration, and onboarding requirements as Yardi is integrated into the wider ecosystem.
- Provide guidance on best practices for real estate operations, lease administration, and property accounting.
- Conduct impact assessments and support operating model development within a growing Private Assets function.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders throughout implementation and post-go-live activities.
- Support vendor management and strategic technology initiatives across the real estate platform landscape.
Required experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager and related modules.
- Proven experience delivering Yardi implementations, upgrades, or large-scale migrations.
- Strong understanding of:
- Property Management
- Real Estate Operations
- Lease Administration
- Property Accounting
- Service Charge/CAM Recovery
- Financial Reporting
- experience with data migration, system integrations, ETL processes, and testing.
- Ability to operate across business analysis, project delivery, testing, and stakeholder management activities.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with senior business stakeholders.
Highly Desirable:
- Previous MRI Horizon experience .
- experience migrating from MRI Horizon to Yardi.
- Real estate technology transformation programme experience .
- Exposure to institutional asset managers, real estate funds, or private assets businesses.
- Knowledge of Asian real estate markets and regional regulatory requirements.
- experience supporting multi-country Yardi deployments across Asia.
- Understanding of securities services, fund administration, and client onboarding processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years' experience as a Yardi SME, Consultant, Lead, or Administrator.
- Strong real estate domain expertise.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced transformation programmes.
- Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- experienced working across Product, Operations, Technology, and Change functions.
- Capable of leading implementation activities while supporting broader programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.
